subquests are summarized here. These
maps can help you a lot while reading it. They are
for download. All of the important creatures and
places are marked on the maps.
Please see the Walkthrough for information about how
to solve the main quest of the mod. It also includes
these subquests, marked with an asterisk (*).
secret of the Mold Golem
Mold Golem can be found in the area of the Friendly
Arm Inn, which is controlled by the bandits (map4).
You will need six keys to make the Golem recognize
you as its master. Here's a list of the keys and their
Key: The bandit who tries to rape Lucy
(map4) possesses this key.
Key: Damien the Merchant (map4) will give
it to you if you take up the quest to save his wife.
He will drop it to the ground and leave, if you
tell him that you won't help to save his wife, or
if you demand 10000 gp in advance for your efforts
to save Mary.
Brass Key: Tobordur the bandit has it.
Tobordur is attacking the dwarven warriors of Fundor
Key: The thief has it in the house where
Boris and Pumpkin can be found (map4).
Iron Key: One of the two bandits talking
to the Knights of the Order (map4) has this key.
The other bandit talking to the Knights of the Order
(map4) possesses the Copper Key.
you have all of the six keys, you must initiate dialogue
with the Golem and insert the keys in the following
order is written in the scroll of High Sorceress Linda
as well. You can find her in the top level of the
Friendly Arm Inn, and you have to defeat Sorceress
in battle if you want to take the scroll.
When you have inserted all of the keys, the Golem
will be destroyed, because it didn't get the Diamond
Key. This will happen in any way, because the Diamond
Key is not in the mod. As soon as the Golem dies,
several magical items will appear on the ground. If
you have inserted the keys in the wrong order, it
will reject the keys (they will be on the ground),
but will also release a devastating FireBall. After
this, provided your characters have remained alive,
you can insert the keys again.
the family relic of Fundor Balorslayer
you want, you can take up the quest by talking to
Fundor Balorslayer (map4) . If you have omitted this
and have found the Helm already, you just have to
talk to him to get your reward.
The Golden Helm is possessed by Grachus. You have
to defeat the Wizard. See point 20., 22. and 23. in
the Walkthrough for information about how to meet
Grachus. You can find tips in the Battles section
about how to defeat Dark Grachus.
Lucy, the nephew of Robert
can take up the quest by talking to Robert in the
Temple (map4). Lucy can be found in a house (map4).
A bandit is trying to rape her. Slay the bandit and
talk to the girl. She won't leave, because you advise
him to stay in the house until the bandits are driven
Go back to Robert to the Temple (map4) and he will
reward you with some gold.
Mary, the wife of Damien
can take up the quest by talking to Damien (map4).
His wife is inside the building of the Friendly Arm
Inn, on the second level (map6). You cannot go in
without killing Grachus. See point 20., 22. and 23.
in the Walkthrough for information about how to meet
the Wizard. You can find tips in the Battles section
about how to defeat Dark Grachus.
You will need a Stone to Flesh Scroll to free Mary.
When you are inside the Inn, Reufasio "The Collector"
will attack you. You can find two such scrolls in
his gear. You can find Mary on the second level (map6).
Mary says that she will hide inside, but actually
she will manage to escape. You just have to return
to Damien when you want to get your reward.
Charles, the brother of Felicia
can take up the quest by talking to Felicia in the
Temple (map4) . Charles is inside the building of
the Friendly Arm Inn, on the first level (map5). You
cannot go in without killing Grachus. See point 20.,
22. and 23. in the Walkthrough for information about
how to meet the Wizard. You can find tips in the Battles
section about how to defeat Dark Grachus.
You can find Charles on the first level (map5). When
you return to Felicia to the Temple (map4),
he will be there.
